(1) TO PREPARE CADETS FOR POSITIONS OF LEADERSHIP.

275TH NROTC UNIT - FEATI UNIVERSITY
The 275th Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit, currently FEATI University's one and only NROTC unit of which possesses a rich history and tradition spanning the course of six decades. (2) PRODUCE WELL-TRAINED RESERVISTS TO ASSIST THE NATION IN TIMES OF NEED. (3) TO TRAIN MIDSHIPMEN OFFICERS AND ENLISTED RESERVISTS FOR ACTIVATION IN THE RESERVIST COMPONENT OF THE AFP. (4) TO TRAIN MIDSHIPMEN OFFICERS AND ENLISTED RESERVISTS FOR COMMISION IN THE AFP'S REGULAR FORCE. Our NROTC Midshipmen and women will be trained to provide the Philippine Navy and Naval Reserve Command with skilled and very capable reservists during emergencies and times of need that the country may face.

The 275th Naval ROTC Unit โ€“ FEATI University, under the leadership of LCDR FELIPE L ADRINO JR PN, Commandant, warmly welcomed the new breed of cadets as they embarked on their Naval ROTC journey.

The First training day activity introduced the cadets to the fundamentals of the Naval ROTC program, including its training objectives, expectations, policies, and the values that will guide them throughout their journey.

As they begin this new chapter, the cadets are challenged to embrace discipline, leadership, camaraderie, and selfless serviceโ€”qualities that will shape them into responsible citizens and future leaders of the nation.

The 275th Naval ROTC Unit โ€“ FEATI University proudly participated in the Freshman Orientation held at the FEATI University Activity Center, where the unit conducted a static display and took part in the event's uniform exhibition.

The exhibit featured a variety of NROTC training equipment, ceremonial and field uniforms, and informational materials, providing incoming freshmen with an overview of the opportunities available through the Midshipman Officer Candidate Course (MOCC). Through the display, students were introduced to the program's leadership development, advanced military training, specialized skills, and the benefits offered by both the Armed Forces of the Philippines and FEATI University.

Throughout the event, officers and advanced cadets engaged with the freshmen, sharing their experiences and answering questions about life in the Naval ROTC. They highlighted the unit's commitment to developing disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented leaders while fostering camaraderie, patriotism, and a strong sense of duty.
