On 22 August 2026, the NDMC NSTP-ROTC Unit successfully conducted the ๐Œ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง for the Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadettes enrolled in NSTP (ROTC) 1MS1.

The examination assessed the cadetsโ€™ knowledge and understanding of the lessons and topics discussed throughout the first half of the training period, serving as an important part of their academic and military training.

The activity was facilitated by ๐’๐’๐  ๐‘๐š๐œ๐ค๐ข๐ž ๐‰๐ž๐ฒ ๐• ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐จ (๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ), ๐๐€, together with the GMA, ๐‚๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐‹๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐ ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ณ๐š๐ซ, ๐๐€ (๐‘๐ž๐ฌ), with the assistance and support of the ๐Ÿ๐‚๐‹ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐‚๐‹ ๐Ž๐…๐…๐ˆ๐‚๐„๐‘๐’ in ensuring the smooth and orderly conduct of the examination.

Through these discussions, cadets gained a deeper understanding of the principles of human rights and the historical foundations that shaped the Philippines today.

The NDMC ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Flag Raising Ceremony on 01 August 2026, reaffirming the cadetsโ€™ commitment to patriotism, discipline, and unwavering loyalty to the nation.

The ceremony was facilitated by the GMAs, Cpl Rachelou D Belonio, PA (Res) and Cpl Tezara Jean M Sabando, PA (Res), together with the 1CL and 2CL Cadet Officers, under the supervision of SSg Rackie Jey V Manalo (Inf) PA.

As the Philippine Flag was raised, the cadets stood in unity and paid tribute to the ideals of freedom, honor, and national service. The ceremony served as a reminder of the responsibility carried by every citizen soldier to uphold the values of integrity, courage, and selfless service.

On 250700 July 2026, the NDMC ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Formation and Classroom Instruction as part of its continuing military training program. The activity aimed to enhance the cadetsโ€™ knowledge, discipline, and understanding of the principles and values upheld by the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The classroom instruction focused on AFP Customs and Traditions, delivered by Cpl John Laire B Eleazar PA (Res). The discussion covered the customs, traditions, and military courtesies observed in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, emphasizing their importance in promoting discipline, respect, professionalism, and responsibility among ROTC cadets.

The conduct of the activity was facilitated by the GMAโ€™s, composed of Sgt Keith Erika Marie J Amistoso PA (Res), Sgt Roselle P Madrigal PA (Res), Cpl Rachelou D Belonio PA (Res), and Cpl Tezara Jean M Sabando PA (Res). They assisted in ensuring the orderly conduct of the training, maintained discipline, and provided guidance to the cadets throughout the activity.

The activity was conducted under the supervision of SSg Rackie Jey V Manalo (Inf) PA, Chief Tactical NCO, who ensured the proper implementation of the training and the observance of established military standards.

The activity was also honored by the visit of LTC Aslim M Ulangkaya (Inf) PA, who observed the conduct of the training. His visit underscored the importance of maintaining high training standards and encouraged the cadets to remain committed to discipline, leadership, and excellence throughout their ROTC training.

The activity strengthened the cadetsโ€™ understanding of AFP customs and traditions while reinforcing the values expected of future citizen soldiers. Through continuous training and guidance, the NDMC ROTC Unit remains committed to developing disciplined, competent, and service-oriented individuals who are prepared to contribute to nation-building.
