From the disciplined ranks of ROTC to the proud formation of Candidate Soldier Course Class 803 “SANLAGSIK,” your journey reflects perseverance, honor, and true dedication to service.

Once an ROTC officer shaped by leadership and commitment, you have now risen as a competent and mission-ready soldier—honed by rigorous training, strengthened by challenges, and guided by the core values of duty, integrity, and patriotism.

Class 803-2025 “SANLAGSIK” stands as a symbol of resilience and unity—warriors who endured, persisted, and emerged stronger together. Your transformation is not just a personal achievement, but an inspiration to future cadets who dream of wearing the uniform with pride.

From parade grounds to the battlefield of real service, you have proven that leadership begins in training but is fulfilled in action.

On 070700H March 2026, a flag-raising ceremony was successfully conducted, led by SSG Rackie Jey V Manalo (INF) PA—Tactical NCO and ALI Asgar A Pagao, RCRIM—ROTC Coordinator, with the assistance of GMA.

The ceremony served as a moment of unity, discipline, and patriotism among the ROTC cadets. Standing before the national flag reminds every cadet of their duty to serve the country with honor, integrity, and commitment.

Flag raising is more than a routine activity. It is a symbol of respect for the nation and a reminder of the responsibility carried by every future leader.

Through activities like this, ROTC continues to shape cadets to become disciplined individuals and responsible citizens, ready to contribute to the progress and security of the nation.

“You are not just wearing a uniform—you are carrying a responsibility.”

Presenting the Cadet Corps of Notre Dame of Midsayap College ROTC Unit, A.Y. 2025–2026.

Bound by discipline.
Driven by service.
Committed to excellence.

The uniform you wear is more than fabric and insignia—it represents honor, duty, and trust. Trust that you will uphold the standards of a cadet. Trust that you will lead with integrity and serve with humility.

Challenges and pressure will come—they always do. But a true cadet is not broken by pressure. Pressure reveals strength, character, and leadership.

This is the Corps. This is the commitment. This is ROTC.

On 280700 February 2026, the 33rd Infantry “MAKABAYAN” Battalion successfully conducted a lesson on First Aid and Small Unit Tactics (SUT), led by SSG Sanjeeve E Libre (INF) PA and CPL Albert James C Sta. Ana (INF) PA. Moreover, the first aid lecture was facilitated by SSG Ruben R Garcia (ERT) PA, PFC Jeyric E Collado (INF) PA, SSG Ruben R Garcia (ERT) PA, and PVT Mc Clar A CAILLO (INF) PA.

Every skill learned in first aid is a life that can be saved.
Every tactic mastered in SUT is a step toward disciplined leadership.

First Aid is more than treating wounds. It is the courage to respond calmly when others panic and the readiness to serve in times of crisis.
Small Unit Tactics is more than movement and drills. It is learning teamwork, trust, and leadership under pressure, preparing each cadet to act with confidence and purpose.
