𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 I Take a look at some of the highlights from the 1st Semestral Assessment of National Livestock Program, held at LM Hotel, Zamboanga City on July 27–31, 2026.

The activity brought together key government and DA officials, NLP Directorate, and implementing units from across the country to assess the program's accomplishments, and identify strategies to further strengthen the delivery of livestock programs and services.

With the goal of enhancing program coordination and ensuring the effective delivery of livestock interventions nationwide, the assessment featured presentations on livestock industry trends, updates on Republic Act No. 12308, a review of the National Livestock Program guidelines, the 2024–2025 physical and financial performance of the program, and accomplishment reports from implementing units nationwide.
