ween the ages of 5 years to 20 years who undertake between 2 to 4 hours of training time per week depending on the age. The training includes Technical work,Tactical work,Personal Training,Position Specific Training,Matches,Conditioning work,Co-ordination and Stabilization work and Classroom base activity including Video analysis and Football based discussions. G.Q.S and our partners are committed to providing the best young players development environment possible. Our academy will help foster relationships to allow players the opportunity to train and compete in and around Africa, Europe and America. We continually evaluate each player to ensure the most effective development program for their individual needs. The innovative and holistic nature of the football development program directly benefits the talented and motivated. We support our academy players to pursue excellence daily to become the best they can be in life.
