THAC เข้าร่วมงาน U.S. - Thailand Consultation and Information Exchange on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards
25-29 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายนิกกี้ บาลานี รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ สายงานอนุญาโตตุลาการและประนอมข้อพิพาท กระทรวงยุติธรรม เข้าร่วมโครงการ U.S. - Thailand Consultation and Information Exchange on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards
ซึ่งจัดโดย Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) กระทรวงพาณิชย์สหรัฐอเมริกา ณ กรุงวอชิงตัน ดี.ซี. ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา การเข้าร่วมโครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practices) เกี่ยวกับด้านการบังคับตามคำชี้ขาดของอนุญาโตตุลาการรวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ โดยได้มีโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมเยือนหน่วยงานระดับสูง เช่น ศาลสูงสุดสหรัฐอเมริกา (U.S. Supreme Court), ศูนย์ ICSID ของ ธนาคารโลก, กระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบแนวปฏิบัติของประเทศไทยกับต่างประเทศ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนางานอนุญาโตตุลาการและการระงับข้อพิพาท
ของประเทศไทยให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากลต่อไป

THAC Participates in the U.S. – Thailand Consultation and Information Exchange on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards
Between 25 to 29 May 2026, Mr. Nicky Balani, Deputy Managing Director of Thailand Arbitration Center, Ministry of Justice, participated in the U.S.–Thailand Consultation and Information Exchange on the Enforcement of Arbitral Awards organized by the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C., United States of America.
Participation in this program had the objective of learning the best practice in relation to the enforcement of arbitral awards, while also providing an opportunity for knowledge and experience sharing. The participants had the opportunity to visit leading institutions, including the U.S. Supreme Court, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) of the World Bank Group, the United States Department of State, and other relevant organizations.
This information exchange visit provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen the understanding, examine and compare the internationally accepted practice to Thailand's practice in order to apply the insights gained to further develop arbitration and the dispute resolution framework in Thailand in line with international standards.
