Shantanu has published six books on policy and politics, with leading national and international publishers like Sage, Bloomsbury and Rupa Publications. Shantanu is also a TV Panelist and columnist. His recent book on BJP is being taken in the syllabus of Islamic University of Indonesia. He has represented India in many policy conferences in Germany, Srilanka and Malaysia. DAY 5 : India Heritage Week ‘Know Yourself Through Ayurveda’ by Dr.Anasuya Devi Dr.Anasuya Devi is from a family of distinguished Ayurveda specialists. She runs "DATTAM" , a holistic Ayurvedic and panchakarma clinic at Karangalapady , Mangalore with her husband. She graduated with honors from SDM college of Ayurveda , UDUPI in 2005 She is the co-author of 'Arogyamastu', a book on healthy living. Dr. Anasuya practices authentic Ayurveda. She is a specialist in : -Pulse reading -Herbal Plant identification -Preparation of signature therapies -Formulations of herbal remedies, natural cosmetics and natural perfumes -Pre pregnancy counselling, family counselling -Pregnancy yoga -Panchakarma treatments -Holistic and Ayurvedic cooking Dr.Anasuya imparts her knowledge through workshops, public talks, health articles, radio and television programs. Incredible India Roadshow : The North Eastern dance, Satriya Nritya

The North Eastern dance, Satriya Nritya originated in the eastern state of Assam. It is a dance-drama performance art with origins in the Vaishnavite monasteries of Assam. It is attributed to the 15th century Bhakti movement scholar and saint Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev. The 3-member group was led by Ms. Sagarika Maudgalya. The performance was based on Dashavatar. Dashavatara in Sanskrit refers to the ten avatars of Vishnu, the Hindu God of preservation. Vishnu is said to descend in the form of an avatar to restore cosmic order.
