Although summer may be drawing to a close, there’s still plenty of chances to ride NFTA’s FREE Adventure Bus!

Trips are currently planned for the 19th and the 26th, don't miss this amazing opportunity to explore more of WNY!

Bicycle racks are on the front of every Metro bus, but only hold two bikes. It is first come, first served. Additional bikes will not be permitted on the bus. Bike parking and a Reddy Bike Share Station are available at the downtown bus station.

Today, we look back on one of the darkest days in our nation’s history. A day that changed the course of this country and the world around us.

On the 25th anniversary of that tragic day, we remember the lives lost, the lives changed, and the sacrifices made by New Yorkers on that day and ever since.

We will never forget.

“The need for transit is not unique to NYC — and despite the clear demand for it, upstate New York’s public transportation systems continually remain underfunded.” - Jeremy Cooney, Senate Transportation Committee Chair.

New Yorkers outside of the five boroughs rely on these systems day in and day out, but the reality is that with the current arrangement, funding has not kept up with the needs of the providers and the communities they serve.

An investment from the state in upstate public transit is an investment in our upstate communities, allowing upstate authorities to better serve the unique needs of their region and their constituents. 🗞️⬇️
