CSEA-represented NYS employees can receive up to $5,000 per year for college courses, trade training, essential skills, and job-related certifications, plus reimbursement for eligible exam fees.

Seasonal and part-time CSEA-represented NYS employees must apply while actively employed and receiving a NYS paycheck.
