CareWell Services SW has become aware of text messages being received that personal emergency alert buttons are being cancelled due to clients no longer qualifying. This is not true for our clients.

These are text scams attempting to get people to click on the link or place a call to potentially give their personal financial, identity, and insurance information.



Do NOT click on these texts. If you do currently have an emergency alert button being paid for via CareWell Services SW, your services remain intact. We do not conduct business information via texts. Should we need to do a redetermination, you will receive a letter via the mail.
