•ZHB-2026-11: The Appeal of Michael and Susan Kenyon, requesting a variance pursuant to Section 350-24(c)(6) of the South Whitehall Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a 16-foot-wide by 12-foot-deep addition (solarium). The subject property is in the R-4 Zoning District (Medium Density Residential), and is located at 1350 N. 26th Street.

•ZHB-2026-10: The Appeal of Stacey and Joseph Bedics, owners of property located at 1211 N. Cedar Crest Blvd., challenging the Township’s issuance of a Zoning Certificate of Use for a concrete patio at the subject property and seeking revocation of said Certificate of Use.
The subject property is in the R-3 Zoning District (Low Density Residential), and is located at 1221 N. Cedar Crest Blvd.

•ZHB-2026-07: The Appeal of Ingerman Construction Management, LLC, as agent for Calvary Temple of Allentown, appealing determinations set forth in the Township Zoning Officer’s letter dated May 11, 2026, denying the Applicant’s Non-Residential Construction Permit Application submitted to the Township on April 17, 2026. The subject property is in the R-10 Zoning District (High Density Residential), and is located at 3436 Wi******er Road.

Tonight at 6:00pm: South Whitehall Township will hold special meetings of the following advisory boards:

•Park and Recreation Board
•Environmental Advisory Council
•Landscape and Shade Tree Commission

The meeting will be held at 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Parkland High School, 2700 N. Cedar Crest Blvd. The purpose of tonight’s meeting is to receive public comment concerning Project Atlas and for each advisory board to review, discuss, and provide recommendations concerning the project.
