🍬☀️Golf Cart Rides and "Bench Warmers"☀️🍬

We've been enjoying the beautiful weather with golf cart rides around campus, and our folks in the Masonic Village Estates took the fun a step further by creating their own "Bench Warmers" group! With friendly smiles, great conversation, and even candy to share, they gather on the benches to cheer on everyone riding by.

🎉🎂 August Birthday Party 🎉🎂

Birthday celebrations are always sweeter when shared with friends!

Yesterday, we honored all of our residents celebrating birthdays this month with a special party filled with cake, balloons, music, and great company. Everyone was welcome to join the fun and help make the day extra special!

A huge thank you to Kevin, one of our regular talented musical guests, who joined us once again to celebrate everyone's birthdays! He entertained us with a live musical performance, playing guitar and singing beloved songs.

🌭🍋 Resident & Family Picnics🍋🌭

Our Resident & Family Picnics were a huge success!

Residents and their loved ones enjoyed a fantastic picnic-themed meal served by volunteers among our staff and prepared by our dining team. Our friends at Little Lemon food truck also stopped in to provide the option of refreshing lemonade to our staff, residents, and guests.

We are so thankful for the staff who volunteered their time to serve our guests and for the families who joined us. Events like these create lasting memories and give residents the opportunity to enjoy meaningful time with their loved ones.

Thank you for making these picnic days so special! There is nothing better than seeing residents surrounded by the people they love. 💛

Our amazing 97-year-old resident recently went ziplining with her family and had an absolute blast!

We love seeing residents embrace new adventures and show us all that it's never too late to try something exciting. She tells us her next adventure is parasailing!

☀️🌿A Taste of the Mediterranean 🌿☀️

Yesterday our residents enjoyed a delicious Mediterranean-inspired meal that brought the flavors of summer right to their table. The menu featured Summertime Mediterranean Chicken with a buttery caper sauce, topped with olives and feta cheese, alongside roasted potatoes and grilled seasoned summer vegetables. To complete the experience, residents enjoyed spanakopita and a sweet slice of baklava for dessert.

The meal was a big hit! As everyone enjoyed the flavors, several residents shared memories of their past travels throughout the Mediterranean, reminiscing about beautiful destinations, wonderful food, and special experiences from years gone by.

It's amazing how a great meal can bring back treasured memories and spark such meaningful conversations. Thank you to our dining team for creating another memorable dining experience for our residents!
