🙌 Please welcome Brian Clark to the Altamonte Springs Rotary this morning!

We’re thrilled to have Brian with us—a leader who traded 25 years in banking and finance for a mission that truly touches the heart: bringing hope, healing, and happiness to children and families facing grief, loss, or life-threatening illness.

Since stepping into the role of President and CEO of New Hope for Kids in January 2024, Brian has brought not just business acumen, but a deep personal commitment to serving Central Florida’s most vulnerable youth. A graduate of Jacksonville State University (BS in Finance), he’s no stranger to community leadership—having served as a Trustee for the Central Florida Expressway Authority, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, and UCF, as well as Board Chair for the Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center and a board member for the Housing Finance Authority of St. Johns County.

But today, he’ll share what truly drives him: the incredible work New Hope for Kids does every day—offering grief counseling, support groups, and hope-filled programs that help children heal and thrive, right here in our community.

We can’t wait to hear his vision and be inspired by his servant-hearted leadership.

We sat down with Nick to talk about his vision for our club in 2026, and his message is clear: It’s time to lean in.

"I was asked to step up for the role, and I believe in answering the call when asked."

Nick is challenging every member to move beyond just attending meetings. His goal? To change ourselves, change our club, change our community, and change the world.

The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club was proud to spend time giving back through a beautification project at Altamonte Elementary School. Our members planted colorful flowers to help create a welcoming, bright, and cheerful environment for students, teachers, and families as they return for the new school year.

We believe that even small acts of service can make a lasting impact. A beautiful campus helps set the stage for a positive first day and an exciting year of learning ahead.

The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club enjoyed a wonderful evening together at Miller’s Ale House for our Rotary Social Hour!

It was a great opportunity to relax, strengthen friendships, share plenty of laughs, and continue building the relationships that make our club so special.

🌮 Taco Tuesday with a Purpose! 🌮

The Altamonte Springs Rotary Club had the privilege of serving Taco Tuesday dinner to the wonderful residents at Camp Thunderbird. Sharing a meal is about so much more than food—it’s about building relationships, creating smiles, and strengthening our community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and spend the evening with such an incredible group of residents. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the night special!

The Rotary Club of Altamonte Springs is proud to be volunteering at Altamonte Elementary School’s Beautification Day on Saturday, August 1st, and we’d love to see more community members join us!

Whether you can lend a hand for a couple of hours or donate mulch, plants, or decorative rocks, every little bit helps make a difference for the students, teachers, and families who call this school home.
