We use no artificial flavors, colors, additives or preservatives. When possible, local ingredients are incorporated, like cream from a family farm in Oregon and berries from the Skagit Valley. Each ice cream flavor is made by hand in a small, 5 gallon batch to ensure consistent flavor and texture. This hands-on process ensures every bite is purely delicious.
