Get ready to read! Registration for the online reading program as part of the 2026 Summer at Arcadia Public Library begins tomorrow, June 1st, on Beanstack. All ages can register at arcadiaCA.beanstack.org.

Reading program prizes for kids and youth (ages 0-14) will be available for pickup beginning on Monday, June 8th.

The Walking Book Club starts next week! 🚶‍♀️📚️☀️

Every other Saturday, meet at the Library's front entrance at 9:15am. Go on a walk and talk about your current reads! We walk a one mile loop starting and ending at the Library.

Adults only. Signed liability waiver required for participation.

Students entering grades 6-8 can join us for some exclusive and turtley awesome programs this summer!

• Dive Into a Challenge: Wednesdays, June 24th and July 8th at 3:30pm. From storytelling to science, come and test your skills with us as we explore the possibilities of a new skill.
• Making It – Ocean Collage Art: Wednesday, July 15th at 3:30pm. Join us to create ocean-themed collages with recycled materials! All supplies will be provided.
• Booking Together – “Make a Little Wave” by Kerry O’Malley Cerra: Wednesday, July 22nd at 3:30pm. Join us for a discussion about “Make a Little Wave”. Then make your own mini shark with air dry clay.

All summer Youth programs will be held in the Imagination Theater and do not require pre-registration.
