The Senior Center serves as a focal point for all seniors (age 60+) in the town of Ashland, Ma., as well as a resource for their families.

The purpose of COA/Senior Center is to provide a variety of services and activities that promote the independent well-being of seniors, while maintaining their dignity. Our focus includes education, nutrition,preventive health care, physical fitness, recreation, creative arts, advocacy, support sevices and resource information.
