Please note the schedule changes at Lithgow Public Library starting June 25th as the budget cuts passed in May go into effect. Lithgow will close at 5pm on all Thursdays and will be closed the first Saturday of each month.

Our Hours of Operation are changing...
We will now close at 5pm on Thursdays starting June 25th, and we will be closed the first Saturday of every month starting in July.
Lithgow Public Library Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9-8
Thursday & Friday 9-5
Saturday 9-Noon
Closed the first Saturday of each month

It has been an honor to work with Assistant City Manager Bill Post. He is a wealth of municipal knowledge, a steady leader, and an incredibly decent human being. That steadiness and determination have been evident once again as he has battled ALS while still providing so much for our city.

As part of the upcoming budget cuts, Lithgow Public Library will be discontinuing its subscription to Hoopla on July 1st.

Starting July 1st, Lithgow Public Library will no longer be offering Hoopla. However, with your Lithgow Public Library card you can checkout Ebooks & Audiobooks on CloudLibrary. You can also stream movies and TV shows on Kanopy!
