Excited to announce the Town of Yarmouth Maine will receive a $46,500 Community Action Grant to support The Resilient Yarmouth Project.

I was proud to support this funding and am committed to helping the towns in our district become more resilient as we work to protect Maine's future.

I was thrilled to tour the new Skittery Woods housing development last week along with Senator Teresa S. Pierce. These homes already have a wait list of prospective buyers, which includes Falmouth teachers, first responders, and young people who grew up in our town but today cannot afford market rate housing. I am so pleased to see this vision become a reality for our community.

Happy Pride! I stand with our LGBTQ+ community this month and every month in the fight for equality, dignity and love. It was so fun to march at Portland Pride last year.🏳️‍🌈

It was so fun to welcome students from Falmouth to the State House recently. The classes have been studying state and federal government and it was great to be a part of their learning experience. I hope to see them return as legislators one day.

If you're ever visiting the State House, feel free to stop by the Senate Majority Office to say hello!

UPDATE: THE MEMORIAL DAY PARADE IS CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER!

The Memorial Day Parade is on May 25th at 10:00am! Please join us to honor and remember the men and women who have lost their lives while serving our country.

VETERANS: We would love to have any members of our community, who have served in any branch of the armed services, join us in the Memorial Day Parade. You can march in the Parade or we will provide a vehicle for you to ride in! No uniform necessary, simply join us at the Central Fire Station on Tuttle Road, between 9:00 and 9:30 am. Hope to see you there!

PARENTS: Kids are invited to join the end of the parade on their bicycles, again this year! Get out all your red, white and blue decorations - we would love to have a group of patriotic bicycles ending the parade and honoring our veterans! A parent will be asked to follow along with their riders, and we ask you to join us in the MIW staff parking lot at 9:30am. See you then!
