Twenty-five adult learners are stepping into new careers and helping build a stronger multilingual workforce for Kern County. Through a partnership between KCSOS and Cerro Coso Community College, graduates of a Spanish-language child development cohort are opening doors for themselves, their families, and the next generation of students.
