United Fire & Rescue Volunteer Fire Department In January 1994, the villages of Baldwin, Hammond and Woodville consolidated to form United Fire & Rescue. Croix County.

Proudly serving our communities and the townships of Baldwin, Springfield, Hammond, Emerald, Pleasant Valley, Rush River, Eau Galle, Erin Prairie, Cady and the Village of Wilson. We provide fire suppression, extrication, and rescue services to the citizens of central St. United Fire & Rescue now offers the services of over 70 volunteers and 13 fire and rescue apparatuses.

Ras’ On Main has chosen our hometown heroes for our month of April meat raffle fundraiser! Every dollar raised will go to United Fire & Rescue, Hammond Police Department and our First Responders from Baldwin EMS. Spread the word, grab your crew and join us every Tuesday from 6-8 and let’s together in community raise some money for our important departments that keep us all safe, healthy and striving!

United Fire would like to extend a sincere thank you to Johnson Tractor for allowing us the use of multiple buildings on their property for today’s fire training. Your support made this valuable hands-on experience possible.

We also want to thank Northwood Technical College for leading an outstanding training and sharing their expertise with our members.

A special thank you to Baldwin EMS for being on standby and ensuring the safety and well-being of our firefighters throughout the day.

Trainings like this play a critical role in strengthening our understanding of fire behavior and enhancing the skills we rely on to serve and protect our community.

United Fire & Rescue will be conducting a live fire training burn on Saturday, March 28th on 50th Ave near Baldwin, WI.

🚧 Road Closure:
50th Ave will be closed from Gracie Dr to 200th St during the duration of this training.

You may see smoke and emergency vehicles in the area. This is a planned training exercise.
