🏖️ John Lowery Municipal Pool - Updates 🏖️

Due to recent feedback from the community, we will be looking into updating our policy on puddle jumper/life jackets that are allowed in the pool.

In the past, we have always abided by recommendations from the Red Cross. We are now looking into other Coast Guard approved alternatives, and we will continue to give updates as we get new information.

We are excited to be partnering with Shredford Skatepark Project for this cleanup event!

Bedforddd! We’re stoked to announce that we will be hosting a community cleanup day at the Bedford Skatepark, Saturday, June 13! The goal is to reclaim our beloved space by giving the park a much-needed shave and shower. We’re planning to power wash, remove rust, repaint, pick up trash, etc.! All of which, will correspond with some upcoming maintenance from our local Parks and Street department.

This will be a fun opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to the community, connect with you, answer any questions and share our love and vision for the future of skating/riding in Bedford. We’ll be providing pizza, refreshments and welcome anyone and everyone to come by!

Once cleaning is wrapped up – We skate!

Bring a board and a broom! The day starts at 10 AM. Lunch at noon. See you out there!
