Labor Day Weekend is upon us - that time when the academic calendar says fall but the holiday says summer is just ending! There are no classes on Monday, but if you want to take some time to get caught up (or even to get ahead), the Wells Library will be OPEN regular hours all weekend and on Monday.

Other libraries on campus will be closed for the holiday. Check before you visit: libraries.indiana.edu/hours

The Wells Library is open longer hours this week so you can stop by to grab a book, enjoy the air conditioning, meet up with friends, charge your phone, watch a movie, or just explore one of the largest libraries in the entire country!

AUGUST 17-23:
Monday-Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday: 1 - 5pm
Sunday: 11am - 8pm

Fall semester hours begin on Monday, August 24.

In order to get our renovation done, unfortunately the Wells Library will have to be CLOSED Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16. We're sorry for any inconvenience! We look forward to seeing you next week. Meanwhile, our website is available for you 24/7 with lots of resources you can use from wherever you are.

Due to necessary maintenance, the Wells Library will be CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday, August 8 and 9.

Summer session classes are almost over and it's almost time to take a break! The Wells Library will be open throughout the intersession between summer and fall, with reduced hours.

August 1-16:
Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
Saturday-Sunday, 1pm to 5pm

August 17-23:
Monday-Friday, 8am to 8pm
Saturday 8/22, 1pm to 5pm
Sunday 8/23, 11am to 8pm

Fall semester hours will begin Monday, August 24.

We are CLOSED Friday and Saturday! Have a safe and happy Fourth of July celebration, Hoosiers!

Happy Independence Day! All libraries on campus will be closed on Friday and Saturday, July 3 and 4. We hope you have a safe and happy celebration, Hoosiers! Make sure you visit The Lilly Library, Indiana University earlier in the week or after the holiday to see the special Declaration of Independence exhibition.

The Wells Library will remain open for any Education Library users who need a place to study on Friday!

The Education Library will be closed on Friday, June 26 due to building construction. But don't cry - it will reopen on Monday, June 29 at 10 am.
