BSSC - Burke Station Swim Club BSSC is a Members-only Swim Club tucked in the Burke Station neighborhood off Burke Rd in beautiful Burke, VA. Anyone is welcome to become a Member.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Back to School Late Night Bash. Lightning cut it short but everyone was having a great time. We will look to add this type of event next year more often as scheduling permits.

Join us for some extended hours tonight to celebrate the return to school on Monday for FCPS.
We will stay open until 9:45pm (the final whistle will blow at 9:40pm). All children 15 years and younger require an adult present.
Please enter and exit through the side gate.
We are creating some fun drink choices (lemonades, dirty sodas) for the evening as well.
This is a BSSC Members event. Guests will be charged the normal guest fee.

Join us for some extended hours on Saturday, August 22 to celebrate the return to school on Monday for FCPS.

We will stay open until 9:45pm. All children 15 years and younger require an adult present.

We are concocting some fun drink choices (lemonades, dirty sodas) for the evening as well.

BSSC will host the Division 13 Championship Meet this Saturday, July 25. This 6-team meet is the culmination of the summer swim season. Expect additional vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the Swim Club from 7:00am-1:00pm.

The Swim Team will host their end of season party in the evening. The Swim Club remains open to Members until 8:30pm. Expect larger than normal crowds on upper deck.

Come out and celebrate the youngest members of the Swim Team as some swim in their first ever race.
Following the littles, adults take to the pool for some friendly community relays. Bring a team and enjoy the fun.
The evening wraps up with the always popular Belly Flop Contest
Roaming Coyote and Kona Ice Food Trucks will be in the Swim Club parking lot and open to the entire community to enjoy.

Due to the extremely hazardous air quality conditions we are currently experiencing and that are projected for the remainder of the day, we will not be opening the Swim Club on Friday, July 17.

We will be monitoring the air quality using www.airnow.gov and if the situation improves substantially we will reassess.

We fully anticipate opening tomorrow as scheduled.

We are holding our annual July 4th Open House celebration on Friday, July 3rd. More time to join in the fun.

Guest fees are waived. Open to all Community Members. All non-members will need to sign the waiver log at the front desk.

No floats, noodles, rafts, or balls of any kind will be permitted on July 3rd. Please keep these items at home or in your cars. Games across the deep end will not be permitted due to anticipated numbers.

If we approach capacity, we will need to move to a one in, one out policy to maintain a safe operating environment.

We will offer free food from 11am-3pm while supplies last.

The BKS Swim Team will hold their annual Ice Cream Social at 6pm. $2/scoop of ice cream that you can top with a variety of toppings.

Due to a chemical imbalance the water remains closed. The top deck is open if you want to soak up the afternoon sun.

Wading Pool repair work has begun. We apologize for the noise. Most work should take place when the Swim Club is closed on weekdays (school hours). However, there will be occasional work when the Swim Club is open. The first step is removing the plaster layers and then applying a new layer to the bottom of the pool. We hope for an opening when Prime Season begins but weather and other factors may play a part in the opening date.
