Fresh from the garden to the lunch line! 🌱Students at David E. Robinson Elementary School 💙💛 harvested lettuce, 🥕carrots, Swiss chard, parsley, and dill from their school garden, and our Child Nutrition team turned the fresh produce into delicious🥗 side salads for students to enjoy. For two decades, Jane has been much more than a talented cook—she has been a dependable team member, a friendly face, and an important part of the school community. Her hard work, commitment to serving students, and positive attitude have made a lasting impact on countless students and staff members over the years.

The talented cooks at Caesar Rodney School District prepared delicious Haitian macaroni and cheese in celebration of Haitian Flag Day! This student-inspired dish is made with pasta, ground beef, spices, veggies, and lots of cheese!

We are proud to honor and celebrate the cultures represented throughout our schools by sharing meaningful traditions through food. Thank you to our amazing Child Nutrition team for bringing this special dish to life for our students!
