Shout out to our friends, Emily and Kyle, from Patriot Hospice who provided such a fun afternoon for our residents on Wednesday!!!!

Emily, talked us through a sunset painting step by step! She brought such independence and confidence to a group of friends who weren’t so confident in their painting capabilities!!! They all turned out amazing and of course we had so much fun!!!

We will always be so grateful that the Hall of Fame parade route comes right by our building!!! 🏈☀️🎉

It is always a special day here at CCH on larade day!!! Dietary offered a continental breakfast and then we went out to the parade! Such a wonderful morning!!!

A fun throwback from our bus trip the other night where we went to see our favorite actress, Morgen, in action!!!

Morgen has been one of our faithful volunteers over the last couple of years! She has helped with big events such as proms, our plays, shark week, etc. and she has even welcomed our residents to watch her students on the big stage at her high school!

This summer she starred in the Addams Family Musical and some of us went to celebrate her and her WONDERFUL performance! It was such a fun evening filled with laughter, fellowship, and celebration!!!☀️

Another wonderful Shark-tastic Shark Week Games!!!🦈

This annual tradition brings so much laughter into our building!!! This day and this activity continue to bring and hold such special memories for both the staff and the residents! What a great afternoon!!!🌊🐠🦀🦈

If you guessed An Enchnated Afternoon, you were correct!!!

And it truly was nothing shy of enchanting!🌸


These fine party people dressed to impress as they were escorted down the aisle in style! Our cheering squad was nothing but spectacular and cheered our friends on, giving them nothing but the love and support they deserved!!! 👏🏼

We then all headed over to our dining room, where we were transported to an enchanted garden, were there was cake, laughter, fabulous music sang by the one and only, JAY SECREST, a lot of dancing, and a coronation! Our new King and Queen, who share 60 + years of marriage, were presented their crowns by last years Prince. Between the three of them, they all share many years of friendship so the moment could not have been more magical. 👑

There was nothing but love, laughter suport shared, and a whole lot of Jesus in that room. The spirit was moving and prompted Jay to end with a hymn, were we praised Jesus for all His goodness! There could not have been a better way to end such a beautiful afternoon! 🌸

We are still basking in the beauty of the day, and we look forward to when we can do it all again!💃🏻🕺🏻🎉
