As the new school year begins, many kids are feeling a mix of excitement and nerves and that's completely normal. ❤️📚

One of the best ways to help your child feel supported is by asking questions that go beyond, "How was school?" These simple conversations help children process their day, build confidence, and remind them they have a safe place to share both their wins and their worries.

💙 What question always gets your child talking? Share it in the comments — we'd love to hear your favorites!

MIDKOTA HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS! 📣

Our nurses will be at Midkota High School next week in the afternoon on September 9th, 2026 to help students who may need to get caught up on school-required immunizations.

If you have a child in 7th or 11th grade who is not currently up to date on their required immunizations, this is a convenient opportunity to get them taken care of while our nurses are at the school.

We understand schedules can be busy, and we’re happy to help make the process as easy as possible. If you’re unsure whether your child is up to date or have any questions, please reach out to us!

Each year, August 31st marks International Overdose Awareness Day (IOAD), the world's largest annual campaign to end overdose.

Overdose is preventable, and every one of us can play a role in saving a life. Know the signs of an overdose. Carry naloxone (Narcan) and know how to use it. Connect people to care, treatment, and support for recovery—and help reduce the stigma that can keep people from reaching out.

Together, we can raise awareness, support recovery, and work toward a future where no life is lost to overdose. 💜

Call our office at 701-652-3087 or stop in our office at 881 Main Street in Carrington to receive FREE Narcan.
