📣WIC is available in Carrington next Thursday, June 4th.
Women, Infants & Children (WIC) is a program that encourages good nutrition for pregnant or breastfeeding moms and their infants, and also to children up to 5 years of age. If all guidelines are met, an individual is eligible for nutrition education and healthy, nutritious food for their family.

👣Foster County Public Health nurses offer foot care in multiple locations across Foster County!

Healthy feet are crucial for maintaining mobility and independence, which in turn improves overall wellbeing. Footcare exams and toenail clipping can help detect and prevent infections and sometimes even reduce pain. Good hygiene and self-care behaviors are emphasized and education about warning signs and proper nail care is explained.
