Join us for the 5th Annual Emergency Response Expo this Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Eastridge Mall in the south parking lot!

Hosted in recognition of National Preparedness Month, the Emergency Response Expo is a free, community event designed to promote awareness and education surrounding emergency preparedness. Citizens of all ages are encouraged to attend and engage with local public safety professionals, explore response equipment, and learn more about how agencies throughout Natrona County prepare for and respond to critical incidents.

The event will feature displays of law enforcement vehicles, fire apparatus, emergency medical services equipment, and other response tools.

Natrona County Emergency Management to Host 5th Annual Emergency Response Expo

Natrona County Emergency Management invites the community to the 5th Annual Emergency Response Expo on Saturday, September 5, from 10 a.m. to noon in the south parking lot of Eastridge Mall.

The Emergency Response Expo coincides with National Preparedness Month, observed each September to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that can happen at any time. This free, family-friendly event gives community members of all ages an opportunity to learn more about how local public safety agencies prepare for and respond to emergencies throughout Natrona County.

Attendees can explore interactive stations featuring live demonstrations, emergency vehicles, specialized gear and equipment, and more. The event will include a large display of law enforcement vehicles, fire trucks, and first-responder equipment, along with an appearance by safety mascot Safetypup. Community members will have the opportunity to get an up-close look at emergency response equipment, learn about its unique functions, and meet the first responders who operate it.

Food trucks will also be on site, giving families the opportunity to grab a bite to eat while exploring the expo and visiting with local first responders.

Natrona County Emergency Management takes a proactive role in preparing for potential natural and human-caused disasters and emergencies. Through preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, and security efforts, Emergency Management works to help protect Natrona County and strengthen the community's ability to respond when emergencies occur.

The 5th Annual Emergency Response Expo is free and open to the public, and community members of all ages are encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there!
