If you can't be reached you can't be WARNED~

If you weren’t home and a fire was heading for your neighborhood, how would you know? When would you know?
If you are signed into Citizen Alerts through Josephine County’s Emergency Services you’d know in a buzz and a flash if something were threatening your home, business, an elderly relative’s home or the school your children attend. You can sign up here:
https://www.josephinecounty.gov/departments/emergency_management/index.php

Emergency Services divides Josephine County zones for evacuation information so if you hear “zone GRA-58 is at level 1” and you live in that zone it means get ready for a possible evacuation. You can find out what zone you are in on the website by putting your address into the Know Your Zone map.

Signing up just takes a few minutes, doesn’t cost anything and could be a lifesaver. You can also call Emergency Services at 541-474-5300 to find out how to sign up.
There are two very good aps for phones, both excellent resources~
