Birmingham conference helps Black local leaders tackle public safety

Center Point Mayor Bobby Scott recently spoke with APR to reflect on this year's National League of Cities' National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials sumer conference. Scott said that policies concerning public safety and housing were among his key takeaways from this year's event.
