Ready to lead the people behind meaningful peer support?

SHYAS Health is hiring a Certified Peer Support Team Lead for our Charlotte location.

You’ll oversee day-to-day service delivery, mentor and coach peer specialists, monitor documentation and service quality, facilitate team meetings, and serve as the primary bridge between frontline peer staff and program leadership.

We’re looking for someone with NC Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or QP-level credentials, supervisory or lead experience in behavioral health, and strong mentoring, scheduling, and documentation oversight skills.
