Some of the final details coming together at the new Surf Shack in Polaris Point next to Top Golf.

This $3.8 million indoor surfing venue has been in the works since 2024 and looks like its getting close. This will be another unique attraction for Colorado Springs.

That is up 11% compared to this time last year. That's a pretty good start to the year for homebuilders and those looking to buy a new home.
