Last night and early this morning, Director Banks and Chief of Staff Erdos made rounds during second and third shifts across three institutions. "As former second and third shift officers and supervisors, we understand the unique challenges these teams face," Director Banks said. "Taking the time to visit with staff around-the-clock and thanking them for their service helps keep us connected to the mission and the people who make it possible every day."

We have some new photos from our archives! Recently, we developed and digitized a collection of unlabeled film strips. While we can identify the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility and Chillicothe Correctional Institution in some images, the others remain a mystery.

Former Warden Tony Brigano concluded his final two fundraising walks for multiple sclerosis this year, receiving an incredible combined donation of over $43,000 from Ross and Chillicothe Correctional Institutions. This annual tradition allows both staff and the incarcerated population to give back to a meaningful cause and support those living with MS.
