The Treasurer of State is a constitutional office holder responsible for collecting, protecting, and investing state funds using sound fiscal policy. Here at the Treasurer’s office, we’re serious about helping small businesses. Over the past year, we’ve bought SBA loans totaling approximately $130 million to help increase liquidity for banks and credit unions, allowing them to help more business owners get access to capital.
