Thank you to the Columbus Crew for inviting us to such a fun event! The turn out was incredible, the game was electric, and the dogs were so dang cute! Go USA! 🇺🇸

From shelter dog to award-winning athlete! 🏆🐾

Meet Lux!

Before finding his forever home, Lux bounced from place to place before eventually arriving at our shelter. Today, he's living his best life with a family who saw his potential and gave him the chance he deserved.

Now, Lux competes in UpDog, a frisbee sport for dogs, and this past week he earned 1st place in one event and 2nd place in another! 🤩

We couldn't be more proud of this incredible pup and the family who believed in him. Stories like Lux's are a reminder that shelter dogs are capable of amazing things when given a chance.

Congratulations, Lux! We're so grateful our paths crossed and honored to have been a small part of your journey.

Meet 2 year old Isabella! 💕🐾

Isabella recently got to enjoy a DogVenture to the park, followed by a well-earned pup cup. 🍦

Since arriving at the shelter, she's really started to come out of her shell. Isabella has done well meeting new people and new dog friends, and her personality is shining through more every day. She absolutely loves toys and is always ready for an adventure.

We'll be teaming up with the Columbus Crew and bringing a few adoptable dogs to join the pregame festivities starting at 7 PM. Kickoff is at 9 PM.

Meet Zoey! 💕

Zoey is a sweet girl who loves being near her people and thrives on praise more than treats! She would love a home with lots of playtime, fun, and cozy naps complete with adorable piggy snores.

She was completely housebroken in the home on her sleepover, has done great with other dogs, and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loving, playful pup to share life with.

Ready for your new best friend? Meet Pixie! 🎾💖

Pixie has really come out of her shell in foster care, showing off her happy, playful side. She loves carrying toys around the house and curling up for cuddles after playtime.

Her foster has been working hard with her on training and she has been learning so much! Pixie has done great with commands like “sit” and “here,” and has been making really nice progress with loose leash walking and learning respectful play with other dogs. She has also done well relaxing in the home, both in and out of her crate.

Pixie would love a home that can keep her active, continue building her confidence, and enjoy all the fun (and cuddles) she brings along with her. 🐾
