Mariah Beidleman is excited to join Communities In Schools of Ohio as Senior Director of Development, where she looks forward to building meaningful partnerships that help ensure students have tools and support necessary to thrive.

Throughout her career, Mariah has been drawn to mission-driven organizations, leading fundraising, communications, and community engagement efforts that connect people with purpose and create lasting impact.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation, Mariah is passionate about thoughtful leadership, continuous learning, and using data and collaboration to strengthen organizations and the communities they serve. She is eager to join the CIS of Ohio team to help expand the organization’s impact for students across the state.

Outside of work, Mariah enjoys exploring metro parks, practicing yoga, rollerblading, gardening and embarking on new adventures with her husband and their three children, ages 8–11.
