Ohio regulators killed a 94-megawatt solar farm over "consistent and substantial opposition" — even after the developer showed dozens of those opposing comments appeared fabricated. No investigation was ordered. No one was referred for prosecution. A similar fake-comment scheme tied to a fracking campaign got Ohio's attorney general's office to send a strongly worded letter — and nothing else.

NEW: Vivek Ramaswamy built his political brand on his business record. Now an ongoing federal lawsuit accuses him of demanding employees violate securities laws and hearing their objections.
