Central Ohio Young Black Democrats

Central Ohio Young Black Democrats Established in 2015, Central Ohio Young Black Democrats was created to mentor, recruit, & empower a new generation of Black leaders across central Ohio.

Membership is inclusive and is open to ages 18-40. Our purpose is to be leaders in both politics and community activism within the central Ohio region. We actively push to engage, educate, enable, and inspire action & collaboration within the black community. Although we are catalytic in our work and efforts in the Black community first, we do not limit ourselves in serving as a bridge to the entire community in Central Ohio.

Our September gathering will be a closed, members-only event, so we will not be hosting our regular General Body Meeting this month.

But we’ll see everyone again on October 3rd 2026 for our next General Body Meeting!
