The 2026 Chairwoman’s Award was proudly presented to Jaime Ramon at the GDHCC Quality & Excellence Awards!

A highly respected attorney, arbitrator, mediator, and community leader, Jaime’s distinguished career spans private practice, federal government service, and civic leadership. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, served as General Counsel of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, and led the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs within the U.S. Department of Labor.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jaime has dedicated decades to serving North Texas through leadership roles with organizations including Parkland Hospital, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
