Today, the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 proudly attended the blood drive at the Enrique Moreno Courthouse in support of a lifesaving cause. 🩸 ❤️

Deputy Lucero Quintana rolled up her sleeve and donated blood, demonstrating our office's continued commitment to serving our community both on and off duty. A single blood donation can help save multiple lives, making every donor's contribution truly meaningful.

We extend our sincere thanks to Judge Ricardo Samaniego for hosting this important event and for bringing our community together in support of those in need. We also thank everyone who took the time to donate and help make a difference.

Together, we continue to serve, support, and strengthen our community, one act of kindness at a time.

On 08/05/26, the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 assisted in a joint law enforcement operation alongside the El Paso Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, and the Texas Rangers to apprehend a wanted subject at the 200 block of Carnival Drive in El Paso, Texas.

After a brief standoff, 36 year old Adam Martinez surrendered peacefully and was taken into custody without further incident. The individual was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a charge of Sexual Assault of a Child (R**e) on a $150,000 bond.

This operation is a testament to the importance of strong partnerships between local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. By working collaboratively, we are able to safely apprehend dangerous offenders, protect our neighborhoods, and strengthen the safety and security of our community.

The El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 remains committed to working with our law enforcement partners to keep El Paso County safe.

WANTED PERSON ARRESTED BY DEPUTIES

On August 3, 2026, Deputies with the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 attempted to serve two outstanding criminal warrants for 34-year-old Jesus Fernando Robles.

Deputies responded to the 600 block of Jefferson Street in Anthony, Texas, to locate Robles but were informed that he was not currently in El Paso County. On August 4, 2026, Robles contacted our office and voluntarily surrendered.

Robles was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on the following charges:

• Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Member ($2,000 bond)
•Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath or Circulation ($10,000 bond)

Constable Frank Almada stated, "Family violence has no place in our community. These offenses can have devastating and lasting impacts on victims and their families. Our office will continue to aggressively pursue those who commit these crimes and ensure they are held accountable under the law."

Today, we remember the lives forever changed by the tragedy of August 3, 2019, in El Paso. We honor the victims, stand with the survivors, and offer our continued support to all those affected by that painful day.

The El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1, remains strong with our community. We will never forget those we lost, and we continue to stand together with compassion, strength, and unity.

As students return to the classroom today, deputies with the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 are out across our schools helping ensure a safe and successful first day.

Our deputies are assisting with traffic flow, helping students and parents safely cross at designated crosswalks, and enforcing school zone speed limits to keep everyone safe.
We ask all drivers to slow down, stay alert, and be patient during the busy morning and afternoon school hours. By working together, we can help ensure every student, parent, teacher, and school staff member has a safe start to the new school year.

Today, the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1, was honored to assist with the August 3rd Day of Remembrance, hosted by El Paso County, as we joined our community in paying tribute to the 23 lives taken and all those forever impacted by the tragedy.

We remain committed to standing with our community not only in times of crisis, but also in remembrance, healing, and hope. Together, we honor the victims, support the survivors, and reaffirm that their memories will never be forgotten.

Welcome Back to School!

School begins tomorrow for some and the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1, would like to wish all students, teachers, administrators, and school staff a safe, successful, and rewarding school year!

As classrooms fill once again, we encourage everyone to do their part to keep our school communities safe.

Parents: Before the first day of school, be sure to review your school district's latest policies and procedures, including drop-off and pick-up locations, traffic patterns, start and dismissal times, and any new safety guidelines.

Drivers: Slow down in school zones. Always stop for school buses when required by law. Watch carefully for children crossing streets and walking near schools and bus stops. Plan ahead and allow extra travel time, as traffic will be heavier during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.

Together, we can help ensure every student arrives safely and returns home at the end of each school day.

From all of us at the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1, we wish everyone a safe, productive, and successful school year! Stay safe, stay alert, and have a great first day back!

WANTED PERSON ARRESTED BY DEPUTIES

On 07/23/26, Deputies with the El Paso County Constable’s Office, Precinct 1 attempted to execute an outstanding warrant for 42 year old, David Delgado.

Deputies located Delgado at the 800 block of Mesa Gold in Fabens, TX and was immediately taken into custody without incident. Delgado was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $3000 bond for Violation of a Protective Order.
