We are excited to welcome our new and returning students to the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center! Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning for your second year, we're looking forward to an exciting year of learning, hands-on experiences, and career exploration.
📅 First Week Schedule
• August 10–11 (Monday & Tuesday): Students with last names K–Z
• August 12–13 (Wednesday & Thursday): Students with last names A–J
• August 14 (Friday): All students attend
Students will receive virtual assignments to complete for the days they are not on campus.
⏰ Class Times
• AM Session: 7:30–10:00 a.m.
• PM Session: 11:40 a.m.–2:10 p.m.
Your partner high school will provide your SICTC schedule.
📍 First-Day Reminder
If you're unsure where to go, don't worry! Our staff will be throughout the building to help direct students during the first week. We understand it takes a few days to settle into a new routine.
✏️ School Supplies
Please wait to purchase supplies specifically for SICTC. Your instructor will discuss any classroom or lab materials needed during the first few days of class. On your first day, simply bring:
✔️ Paper
✔️ A pen or pencil
Students should begin bringing their school-issued laptop once it has been distributed by their home school.
