✨Leadership Spotlight✨
This time around, we are excited to shine the light on our nursing scheduler, Bee! Along with the title of nurse scheduler, Bee is also a QMA. Bee plays a vital role in ensuring our nursing staff is present and prepared each day to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Bee’s dedication helps to create a smooth and dependable environment for our neighbors through our nursing team.
Bee has been with Oasis almost since it opened. She has been here since March of 2015, three months after Oasis opened. Bee has a nursing background from the Philippines; she is also a CNA and a QMA. Bee started as a CNA in 2015, and Oasis allowed her to grow and advance her education by offering QMA classes. Bee has been our nursing scheduler for a little over a year and a half now. Her favorite part of the job is connecting and building bonds with all of the nursing staff.
Outside of work, Bee has one son, and he is the light of her life. They often travel to the Philippines to see her family. She also enjoys crafting, from construction paper and glue to yarn work, and all in between. Some fun facts about Bee are that she loves to sing and travel. She would love to travel and visit Asia. She also loves the water.
Bee, thank you for all that you do to make sure that we have the staff that we need to take care of our neighbors. We appreciate you greatly!

Today was National Bring Your Dog to Work Day, and we had the sweetest special visitor! 🐾❤️

Our wonderful Activity Assistant, Ali, brought her precious pup, Farrah, to spend the day with us, and she quickly became the star of the show! From wagging her tail to soaking up all the pets, cuddles, and smiles, Farrah brought so much joy to our neighbors.

The unconditional love of a furry friend has a special way of brightening hearts, and today was a beautiful reminder of that. Thank you, Ali, for sharing your sweet girl with all of us!
