This week was DOUBLE fun sharing about our Summer Reading Program. Thank you to Joe Emer and Lenise Ligon at FOX10 News for hosting us on Thursday morning and Friday afternoon on each of their respective shows. We got to promote next Wednesday, June 3 Summer Reading Kickoff! It is happening at 2pm! You don't want to miss it. Come get your reading log and goodie bag, and meet some awesome organizations from around Fairhope. There will even be a face painter and caricature artist!

The Friends of the Fairhope Library presented a BIG check for $55,000 to the Fairhope Public Library today!!! This is a combination of donations, proceeds from Chocolate and Champagne, book sales, and more during the past year. The Friends organization has over 500 members...but lots of room for more to join 😁They contribute in large and small ways everyday to the improvement of the Library for the benefit of Fairhope.

These funds will be used for the Summer Reading Program and other services, collection development, and various projects throughout the coming year.
