ATTENTION- MONITORING CUSTOMERS!!!
NATIONWIDE OUTAGE
We are currently aware of an issue affecting M2M cellular communications through one of our data center providers. As a result, some alarm panels may display a supervisory or communication trouble signal and may beep periodically.
Your alarm system will continue to function locally. This alert is related to the communication path to the monitoring network.
To silence the beeping on most alarm keypads:
1 Press the “Silence,” or “Acknowledge,” button on the keypad if available.
2 If your keypad does not have these options, enter your user code and press OFF or DISARM.
This will silence the audible alert, but the supervisory signal may remain on the display until communication is restored.
Our provider is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. No service call is required at this time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
