Vehicle: Gray 2008 Lexus RX350, MA registration 3866VT
Last seen: Approximately 5:30 PM in the I-95 area of Mansfield, MA

🚨 MISSING JUVENILE. PLEASE SHARE 🚨

Jadeira "Jada" Erickson, a 17-year-old female, was last seen leaving a group home on Main Street on Friday, September 18, 2026, at approximately 6:45 AM. She was last observed getting into a dark-colored, mid-sized SUV.

Description: African American, approximately 5'5" tall, approximate weight 185 lbs. Ties to the Fitchburg and Rutland.

We need your help: If you live on Main Street, especially in the stretch between Railroad Court and the South Grafton Fire Station, please check your doorbell or home security camera footage from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on 9/18/26 for any sign of a dark-colored SUV in the area.

If you have footage or any information about Jada's whereabouts, please contact your local police department or the Grafton Police Department at 508-839-2858.

🧡 National Co-Responder Week 🧡

This week, we're honoring the professionals who bring mental health and substance use expertise directly into crisis response. We would like to recognize our own Co-Response Clinician, Lexi, for the work she does every day.

When someone in our community is experiencing a mental health crisis or struggling with substance use, having a trained clinician alongside our officers changes everything. She brings compassion, clinical expertise, and de-escalation skills to situations that call for more than a traditional law enforcement response. She is able to connect people to the care and resources they actually need, not just in the moment, but for the long term.

Her work is a vital part of how we approach public safety. We recognize health crises for what they are and try to provide people with support when they need it most.

Thank you for everything you do for our community. Your compassion and dedication make a real difference, and we're grateful to have you on our team. 💙

September 11, 2001. We Will Never Forget

Today marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. We take this moment to honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives that were lost, and to recognize the remarkable courage shown by first responders, service members, and everyday citizens who met an unthinkable tragedy with bravery and selfless action.

We also honor those who, in the years since, have passed away or continue to battle illnesses tied to their service at Ground Zero.

A quarter-century later, their sacrifice remains permanently etched into our nation's history and our collective memory. Never Forget.

Tonight we had the pleasure of rescuing this majestic bird who was hooked in his wing and tangled in fishing line. FF James Benoit and Officer Greg Palmer were able to remove the hook and make sure the bird was untangled. The heron fled without incident, but his feathers sure were ruffled. As always, thank you to our friends at Grafton Grafton MA Fire Department for coming out and assisting.
