If you would like to join the Yearbook Club our first informational meeting is tomorrow right after school till 4:10. When the bell rings at the end of the day, please make your way down to the Library where Mrs. Pallay and Mrs. McNeice will greet you. Please have your ride pick you up at 4:10pm by the main entrance.

Also there was an error in our newsletter that went out over the weekend. Yearbooks are $40.00 till September 12th. After September 12th they will go up. Buy your yearbook today by scanning the QR code below. The price will go up after 9/12/26.

🎮 EMS ESPORTS — FALL 2026 TRYOUTS! 🎮

Registration is now open for students interested in joining the Fall 2026 GBMS Esports Team!

Parents/guardians must complete the registration form for any student who would like to try out.

Important: Tryouts are mandatory for ALL game titles in order to earn a spot on a team.

Due to the high number of expected participants, the first day of tryouts will be divided into two groups so every student has plenty of time and opportunity to compete. Families who register will receive an email on Monday, August 31 with their student’s assigned Day 1 session.

🏆 Final rosters will be announced September 4.

Regular practices begin September 8 and will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:15–5:15 PM.

⚠️ Tryout spots are limited! Registration will close once capacity is reached.

If your student is interested in esports, don’t wait—get them registered and ready to compete! 🎮🐾

With the first full day of school comes everyone’s favorite - LUNCH! During WIN Time all students went over lunch time expectations and our 6th graders got to tour the cafeteria and lunch lines. Our 6th graders had lots of great questions that were answered to hopefully ease those anxious thoughts about the first day at middle school lunch.
