Virtual babysitter training coming up for any 4-Hers that are interested!

Join 4-H for a Virtual Babysitter Training Series starting April 14th. This series is for Oregon youth 11 and up who are interested in learning the skills needed for babysitting and to grow their confidence. This is an online series taught by 4-H faculty and staff from around the state.
Cost is $10 which includes the workbook needed for the classes. Scholarships are available.

Join Candi Bothum, Statewide Animal Science Manager for in-person required YQCA training and a day full of hands-on education and fun. Please fill out the survey you'll find at this link, https://beav.es/i5V, and you can inform the day. What your interests are is what we will teach. Please complete the survey by February 20th and then join us on Saturday, March 14 for a terrific learning opportunity. All youth and their families are welcome, 4-H membership is not required. Full list of classes will be available by Feb 25th

Also, if you are coming and plan to attend one of the YQCA events, you need to register with YQCA in advance. Please go to https://YQCAprogram.org, register, and select the specific time and course you plan to attend.

Just a reminder that 4-H Enrollment is still open for all Josephine Co. residents. The deadline to register for Josephine County Fair is 1/1/2026, so make sure to get those enrollments and registrations done before the end of the year!

Beef possession date is also 1/1/2026, so make sure to get your Steers in time!
