⚙️During Civic Circle Session 3 on May 27 at the Thrive Center, participants explored the power of effective communication in community leadership. Jenny Banner, owner of Bright Corner Group, led an engaging discussion on how to communicate as a civic catalyst and inspire positive change. Participants also took part in a reflective exercise, identifying community leaders they admire and examining those leaders' values, impactful actions, communication styles, and the ways they build trust within their communities.

The session also featured Mitchell Kirk, Communications Director for the Hancock Economic Development Council, who shared practical strategies for working with the media and leveraging social media to effectively communicate messages and engage the public. Through interactive discussions and real-world insights, participants gained valuable information and tools.
