In observance of King Kamehameha Day, Hilo Intermediate School will be closed on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

There will be no school and no meal service. School and meals will resume on Friday, June 12.

A reminder that free summer meals are available in the Hilo Intermediate cafeteria for all children 18 and under, and individuals with special needs up to age 21.

📅 June 9 – July 17
🗓 Monday – Friday

🥞 Breakfast: 7:15 AM – 8:45 AM
🥪 Lunch: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

⚠️ Meals must be consumed on site.

No meals will be served on:
• June 11 (Kamehameha Day)
• July 3 (Independence Day Observed)

Spartan Families, digital report cards for the 25-26 school year are now officially available to view and download on Infinite Campus!

If you prefer a paper copy, physical report cards will start going home with students tomorrow, June 4th.

🔍 How to View Your Digital Report Card:
Open the Menu: Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner of your Infinite Campus app screen.

Go to Documents: Select Documents from the sidebar menu.

Select the Report Card: Look under the "Report Card" section for the current school year and tap UNOFFICIAL Report Card - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION.

📌 Note: Don't worry about the "Unofficial" label! It contains your student's final grades. Official hard copies are the printed versions heading home tomorrow.

SUMMER MEALS PROGRAM

Free breakfast and lunch will be provided in the Hilo Intermediate School Cafeteria this summer!

Dates: June 9 – July 17 (Monday through Friday)
Eligibility: Free for youth ages 18 & under (or special needs up to age 21).

Meal Times:

Breakfast: 7:15 AM – 8:45 AM

Lunch: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Important Notes:
