Please join us in welcoming Dusty Meredith to his new role as Operations Manager for Pafford Medical Services in Northwest Arkansas.
With more than 30 years of experience in fire service, emergency medical services, emergency management, and public safety, Dusty brings extensive operational knowledge and a career dedicated to serving our community in Northwest Arkansas. In his new role, he will lead EMS field operations while supporting our personnel and strengthening relationships with hospitals, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, communications centers, and community partners.
Dusty began his public safety career in 1993 with the Cave Springs Fire Department, later serving as Fire Chief before continuing his career with the Rogers Fire Department. During his 24 years there, he advanced from Firefighter to Deputy Chief of Operations, gaining extensive experience in incident command, disaster response, multi-agency coordination, and leadership during large-scale emergencies across Northwest Arkansas.
In 2021, Dusty graduated from the Executive Fire Officer Program through the National Fire Academy. Following his career with the Rogers Fire Department, he served as Public Safety Administrator for Benton County, helping strengthen regional emergency preparedness and coordination. Throughout his career, he has also remained actively involved in EMS as a Nationally Registered EMT and Nationally Registered Paramedic.
Dusty leads with a servant leadership philosophy centered on building strong teams, mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and providing his team members with the support and resources they need to succeed. His collaborative approach and extensive knowledge of Northwest Arkansas will serve his community well, as Pafford continues to strengthen our operations throughout the region.
