Here's the 10AM update on Tropical Storm Bertha. All tropical headlines have been dropped for our local forecast area and any residual impacts will improve through the day as Bertha continues to move farther away from the area.

There have been reports about an emergency shelter for Tropical Storm Bertha. Those reports are inaccurate.

At this time, no hurricane shelters have been opened in Terrebonne Parish.

Should shelter operations become necessary, official information will be provided through TPCG communication channels.
