Stay informed with what's going on in Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government

From stronger neighborhoods to major recovery milestones, 2025 was a year of accomplishments for the Department of Planning and Zoning:

- 140 condemned structures addressed
- 3,000+ permits issued to support growth and development
- 1,123 nuisance abatement cases opened and 980 resolved
- 19 sunken vessels removed from Parish waterways
- Government Tower repairs completed, with staff returning from temporary offices
- $2.6M secured through Hurricane Francine HMGP funding
- $117.6M in Hurricane Ida recovery projects officially kicked off through CDBG-DR

These efforts reflect our continued commitment to safety, resilience, and responsible development across Terrebonne Parish.
